Responsibilities

Prepare and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients

Oversee bill pay functions

Handles day to day for accounts payables functions including vendor management, invoice review and creation of wires for approval

Prepare cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting

Prepare/detail review timely and accurate financial reports and analyses

Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required

Maintain client household payroll

Oversee/train junior staff to ensure accuracy of books and records

Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members

Qualification

CPA designationQuickBooksBachelor's degree in AccountingFinancial Industry experienceMicrosoft OfficeCritical thinkerAttention to detailCommunication skillsTeam player

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance

3-5 years of related experience

Expert in QuickBooks accounting software

Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products

Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Resourceful, decisive, critical thinker

Must be a team player, enthusiastic and reliable

Preferred

Master's preferred

CPA designation is preferred

Financial Industry/Family Office experience a plus
