Responsibilities
Deeply understand our customers and our market
Own the vision and strategy for Scoping & Segmentation and play a key role in defining the broader Vanta GRC strategy
Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance product differentiation and deliver measurable value to customers
Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals for your team, collaborate with partner teams, and drive high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers in the SaaS/B2B space
Experience and drive to ship AI-powered products, including rapid experimentation, rigorous evaluation, and LLM prompt tuning to ensure high product quality
Customer-focused mindset, proactively reach out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
Strong analytical skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex problem areas through data-driven decision making
Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
Ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas, requirements, and product vision to team members, stakeholders, and executives
