Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures
Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes
Working in a team environment and effectively communicate throughout organization
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or other technical certification
Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent)
4 years equivalent technical Military service
Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
Familiar with TPM concepts
Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
