Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and evaluate the organization’s training and professional development program for assigned personnel

Notify units of all special duty and professional military education opportunity programs and aid in submission of application packages to the servicing Military Personnel Flight

Track Professional Military Education, Acquisition Professional Development Plan, Key Leadership Positions, Career Field Education and Training Plan, and Individual Development Plan information for the Government

Track and monitor the submissions of military and civilian awards and decorations, quarterly and annual awards, and special trophies

Monitor and track deploying personnel and deployment equipment

Track the organization’s military performance reports, feedback forms, military promotion forms, stratifications, and force shaping forms in accordance with regulations
