Project Manager - Heavy Infastructure

The role involves managing civil infrastructure projects, developing technical specifications, and supporting construction phases while ensuring quality control and client engagement.

Responsibilities
Assist with the management and leading of civil infastructure projects
Develop full sets of drawings and technical specifications without guidance
Perform design calculations, plan production activities, and prepare project document submittal packages, while maintaining a Quality Control program for the entire project
Lead and provide support for construction phase efforts on heavy infastructure projects
Support and participate in meetings and presentations with clients, contractors, and design team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, required
Professional licensure as a P.E. in Florida
8+ years of diversified mechanical engineering experience
Marketing experience including scopes of work, fees and budgets, and schedules
History of providing technical design and planning in the areas of heavy infastructure work including hydraulic lift systems, electric/drum and cable, etc
Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems
Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and tasks profitably
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
Strong technical writing and communication skills
