Responsibilities

Complete scheduled maintenance and repairs following factory standards
Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using factory-approved tools and procedures
Repair major systems including engines, brakes, suspensions, HVAC, and electrical components
Road-test vehicles to confirm repairs
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about repair needs and additional recommendations
Complete warranty work in compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Stay updated on factory service bulletins and required certifications

Required

Minimum 5 Years Of Hands-on Automotive Repair Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Manufacturer training/certification highly preferred (Ford/Lincoln a plus)
ASE certifications are beneficial
Past experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership is ideal
Capable of electrical and engine diagnostics (B-level skills and above)
Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and service software
Strong communication and a team-first attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
Must pass background and drug screening
