Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of complex engineering projects, including project management, problem-solving, and team communication
Drive company-wide process improvements and lead efforts in specific product development areas
Solve challenging engineering problems involving conflicting design requirements, non-standard materials, and complex coordination
Provide technical support to sales and development through proposals, design reviews, and knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot and analyze system problems using advanced simulations and perform complex component testing
Lead project teams by estimating manpower needs, setting schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met
Communicate effectively through expert-level writing, presentations, and representation at industry events
Apply strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to components, subsystems, and manufacturing processes
Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams, set technical direction, and align activities with business objectives
Leverage recognized expertise to drive strategic planning and balance activities for significant financial impact

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
Greater than 8 years' experience in related field, including post-graduate experience for Staff position
Greater than 12 years in related field required, including post-graduate experience for Senior Staff position
Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
