Responsibilities

Connect and integrate external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven flows
Validate, map, and transform JSON payloads for consistent data ingestion
Troubleshoot connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and monitoring pipelines
Collaborate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from POC to live deployment
Act as a trusted advisor, helping teams adopt the platform, expand use-cases, and achieve operational goals
Present and influence technical and executive stakeholders on how integrations drive operational resilience and digital transformation

Required

Experience in integration, solution engineering, or API implementation
Hands-on scripting in Node.js, Python, or similar for lightweight integrations
Strong troubleshooting skills and consultative mindset
Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, CloudWatch, Datadog)
