Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure needs are met and facilitate smooth transitions
Assist in performing document preparation for community start-ups
Facilitate various hand-off meetings and follow up on outstanding items
Participate in design, bidding, contracting, permitting, and construction of amenities, monuments, sales offices, models, etc
Establish and maintain budgets, working with the sales and production department members
Maintain schedules and drive completion of projects to ensure deadlines are met
Qualification
Required
Students majoring in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Business with a focus in Real Estate
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Deadline-driven
Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
