Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Graduation date of August 2025 or December 2025 is highly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required

Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams
Passion for office and field-based work assignments
Preferred
EIT certification preferred
No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus
Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
