Responsibilities

Study and understand the company’s business processes and applications, including their effect on data and reporting, and apply the knowledge gained in designing data warehouse objects and reports

Strong SQL skills, T-SQL preferred

Building reports, adding new fields, creating Business Objects filters, measures, and other solutions. Leveraging MS SQL Server

Dimensional modeling for new solutions that meet the business needs

Creating dashboard proof-of-concepts that elevate data and business intelligence using either PowerBI or Excel

Technical writing skills, supporting both engineering and user facing documentation

Driving the technical requirement gathering process by working with stakeholders

Assist data warehouse users with leveraging the various solutions available

Working with peers to find the right solution to any data challenge

Occasionally responsible for:

Supporting ETL processes that involves error and reconciliation handling, utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

Performs capacity planning, supporting, trouble
