Responsibilities

Own and drive the strategic direction of sales operations, providing insights and recommendations to accelerate revenue growth and support scalability
Develop and implement frameworks for pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, capacity planning, win rate analysis, and other key sales metrics
Manage the sales development function, driving efficiency through data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, and process optimization
Own the administration and optimization of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Common Room, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring seamless integration and utilization
Oversee the design and execution of onboarding programs, ongoing training, and development initiatives to empower the sales team and enhance productivity
Lead the execution and improvement of sales processes, including renewal management, weekly forecasting, compensation planning and analysis, and deal desk operations
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and drive operational efficiencies
Identify areas of inefficiency and implement scalable processes to support rapid growth and improve overall sales effectiveness

Required

7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or revenue operations roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of people management experience
Proven experience scaling sales operations beyond $30M in ARR, with a strong strategic mindset and analytical acumen
Demonstrated success in implementing forecasting, headcount planning, and revenue analytics methodologies
Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and sales analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience overseeing (or working closely with) sales development teams in the development of inbound and outbound sales motions
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
Based in NYC (our office is located in midtown Manhattan)
