Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for SQL Server, SQL Cluster, MariaDB, MySQL, and MS Access environments

Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Server and cluster-related issues, including system setup, configuration, and error triage

Respond to Requests for Change (RFCs) and FootPrints tickets related to database maintenance and support

Assist users in creating and managing SQL databases and resolving application-related issues (e.g., SharePoint)

Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for database access and performance

Design and implement logical and physical database structures

Monitor and tune database performance; apply patches, upgrades, and security fixes

Maintain documentation for data models, dictionaries, and environment configurations

Collaborate with development teams to support application integration and performance tuning

Participate in Agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban)
