Responsibilities

Manage the escrow process for commercial real estate transactions
Ensure compliance with all escrow requirements and regulations
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate the transaction
Review and prepare legal documents related to escrow and closing
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and funds
Handle the distribution of funds according to the terms of the escrow agreement
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the escrow process
Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the transaction

Required

Proven experience as an Escrow Officer in commercial real estate
Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Familiarity with legal documents and settlement processes

Preferred

Certification or licensing as an Escrow Officer is preferred
Experience with commercial title and escrow management is a plus
