Mid LevelStevens Point Auto Center is looking for their next Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager in a growing, fast-paced industry. The role involves making credit decisions, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and assisting customers in finding the right finance and insurance products.

Responsibilities
Assist our customers in processing financing and leasing deals accurately while offering a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
Review and understand customers’ credit scores and financial situations to assist them to make the best decisions for themselves
Develop and maintain relationships with banking, lending and finance institutions
Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
Work closely with the sales department to ensure all new sales are reviewed by the finance department for accuracy
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
Preferred
College degree preferred or equivalent experience
