Responsibilities
Handle all incoming internet leads and phone leads
Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment
Make daily phone calls to schedule appointments and drive business
Direct customers to Chevrolet vehicle product information resources, including those available on our website page
Maintain and stay on top of CSI and Training for the store and sales employees
Disperse all new leads to the sales team and ensure proper follow up is being done
Qualification
Required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
MUST HAVE prior Internet Sales Manager experience
Preferred
preferably with General Motors, but will consider applicants with other brand experience
