Patriot Holdings is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with a national footprint and a track record of consistent performance. They are seeking a Lead Capital Raiser to take the reins on direct capital formation efforts and help scale their investor base.

Responsibilities

Develop new investor relationships through outbound sales, events, content marketing, social media outreach, and strategic partnerships
Build, manage, and convert leads using a structured, CRM-based sales process
Create a seamless investor experience from first pitch through subscription execution
Lead collaborative creation of investor decks, offering memoranda, and webinar presentations with IR, Marketing, and Finance teams
Host investor meetings, webinars, and conferences to communicate investment opportunities
Work with RIAs and institutions to understand their investment criteria and present customized offerings
Supervise and mentor IR/Admin support staff ensuring investor data and documentation are accurate and timely
Leverage executive leadership when needed to help close top-tier investor relationships

Required

Thrive in a sales environment and are confident owning aggressive capital raise goals
Have deep experience working with HNWIs, family offices, and/or institutional investors
Are a persuasive and trustworthy communicator, skilled in both verbal and written storytelling
Understand real estate finance and can translate complex numbers into investor language
Are disciplined about pipeline tracking, follow-up, and CRM hygiene
Want to help build something long-term and contribute to a winning culture
