Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through to completion for K-12 education facilities

Ensure compliance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) regulations and requirements

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals and timelines

Develop and produce construction documents using Revit and other design software

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met

Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders and clients

Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints
