Responsibilities
This role is a remote based position with flexibility to report to an ENFRA office location
Assist with the incorporation of energy supply-side solutions (i.e. demand management, demand response, dynamic pricing and forecasting of revenue models through energy market participation) into EaaS projects
Design and execution of supply-side energy models for a diverse set of resources, which may include solar panels, battery storage, electric vehicle charging stations, generation resources, and building automation systems
Energy market analysis and forecasting
Closely monitor and provide assessment on regulated and deregulated market designs for demand management programs
Research local, state, and federal environmental policies within the development process
Assist with utility rate advocacy for internal company projects and customer offerings
Performs the assigned duties with minimum supervision, while working in a team problem-solving environment
Upholds ENFRA's owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics or related discipline
3+ years' experience in energy or related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft applications
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and across corporate functional teams
Preferred
3+ years' experience in de-regulated electricity markets
