Responsibilities
Upholds and Adheres to Hoffman Hydronics Core Values
Creates preliminary proposal layouts of packages for sale using AutoCAD
Estimates package fabrication costs for sale using Microsoft Excel
Works with sales on design of package
Creates 3D models of packages and submittal drawings for sale using Autodesk Inventor
Creates suite of fabrication drawings for product team
Troubleshoots with production team
Addresses any other loose ends as required to complete and ship out a package
Creates 3D model libraries
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree required
3+ years of mechanical design experience required
Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
Strong time management skills
Sincere desire to help others
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
Must possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thorough results
Superior written and oral communication skills
Proven problem solving, leadership and listening skills
Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
