InternGesture is a fast-growing tech company that blends technology with humanity to create innovative experiences. The Content Production Intern will work directly with the CEO to capture, edit, and produce media for storytelling initiatives, focusing on video podcasts and social media content.

Responsibilities
Record, edit, and produce high-quality video and audio content for social channels and podcasts
Manage studio setup (lighting, camera, audio) for on-site shoots
Cut short-form clips (30–90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Collaborate with the CEO and social team to maintain a weekly content pipeline
Assist in coordinating and producing podcast guest interviews
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio mixing
Strong storytelling instincts and attention to visual detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
