Inside Sales Administrator-Custom Team

Responsibilities
Ensure high-level customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests immediately upon receipt
Use applied learning of department processes and procedures to all customer opportunities. Seek management support for unique and unknown situations. Understands constructive feedback and adapts to change
Build relationships with internal departments and provide important customer information to interested parties
Responsible for entry of customer data into company operating systems and ensure accuracy of required fields
Initiate, create and support sales, engineering and manufacturing processes for new design requests, revision changes and further open topics required for customer approval. Interact with other support departments to complete open topics needed for customer approval. Manage samples process for both standard and custom products, follow procedures to align with ISO standard for paid orders
Act as a conduit to ensure a seamless production start resulting in sustainable business
Assist with department trainings to ensure accuracy of processes and procedures within our Quality Management System. Provide feedback to department and manager on assigned topics and tasks
Work in a team environment which includes communicating, setting priorities to complete tasks in a timely manner and participate in team events. Recognize how actions impact others and will inform others of surrounding conflict
Continuously improve knowledge and skill to generate high quality level of work
Engage and support company spirit
