Clinical Quality Improvement Manager
Tenet Healthcare is seeking an innovative and experienced healthcare leader to drive excellence and inspire their team towards exceptional patient outcomes and operational success. The Clinical Quality Improvement Manager will assist in the operations of the hospital's Quality/Performance improvement program, supporting quality and process improvement efforts and coordinating hospital-wide performance improvement activities.

Responsibilities
Coordinating integration and management of the Quality/Performance Improvement Program with the guidance of the DCQI to meet regulatory requirements including Joint Commission and state statutes, to identify performance improvement opportunities to enhance the organization's outcomes
Carries out the assignments as delegated by the DCQI, and coordinates reports, correspondence, and information as needed
Collaborates with the department directors to compile and generate reports for analysis and interpretation for the Quality/Performance Improvement department/Committee
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with a bachelor's degree or higher in a patient care related field
3 years of experience in QA/PI
Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy
Preferred
CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality
