Optimizing workflow by process mapping
Eliminating bottlenecks to increase efficiencies
Redesign/optimization of layouts
Conduct line balance review of assembly lines
Execution of time studies and standards development
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Ability to work with others, but highly self-motivated to achieve individual tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail a must
Creative problem-solving skills essential; strong analytical skills desired
Computer skills including excellent skills with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
AutoCAD Experience Required
Preferred
Students completing their sophomore or junior year working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field strongly preferred
GPA desired: 3.0 or better
