Responsibilities
Architect MCP-based frameworks that enable LLMs to connect seamlessly with BigTime and third-party ecosystems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, Jira, Hubspot, Intacct, and beyond)
Design and implement agentic control planes for governance, security, and auditability—ensuring safe, explainable autonomy
Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using A2A patterns, allowing agents to plan, delegate, and adapt across dynamic environments
Benchmark agent performance with emerging standards (e.g., LiveMCP-101) to validate orchestration and execution
Enhance resilience and scalability by building fault-tolerant, observable, and distributed AI-driven services
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and platform teams to transform how professional services operate
Continuously explore bleeding-edge AI methods and bring fresh ideas into production
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong foundations in distributed systems, SaaS architectures, and modern stacks (React, C# .NET, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, AWS/Azure)
Proven experience with LLM-based systems and agentic AI workflows
Comfortable moving between monolithic and distributed systems
Experience migrating legacy platforms into microservices/service-based architectures
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex environments
Passionate about building AI systems that are secure, auditable, and production-ready
Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to align technical design with business impact
Preferred
Hands-on familiarity with MCP, A2A, or related protocols is a huge plus
