Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and supports Power and Control Systems and Test Sets
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment
Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements
Analyzes test data and identifies early trends
Supports technicians through troubleshooting and training
Supports program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions
Collaborates with design engineering to develop and implement hardware improvements and solutions

Required

Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of Electronics or Engineering experience; Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of Electronics or Engineering experience. Candidates without an advanced degree would be considered with a minimum of 9 years of Electronics or Engineering experience
Experience with a broad range of measuring and monitoring equipment (oscilloscopes, function and waveform generators, power supplies and meters, current sensors and probes, etc.)
U.S. citizenship
The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 8 years of Electronics or Engineering experience; Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other STEM field with a minimum of 6 years of Electronics or Engineering experience. Candidates without an advanced degree would be considered with a minimum of 12 years of Electronics or Engineering experience
Experience with a broad range of measuring and monitoring equipment (oscilloscopes, function and waveform generators, power supplies and meters, current sensors and probes, etc.)
U.S. citizenship
The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance

Preferred

Experience with Labview
Experience with automated testing
Experience with databases
Prior Test Engineering specific experience in a military environment
Prior Test Technician experience working in a lab environment
