This role involves guiding clients through the home buying process while providing exceptional service and support to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Execute daily real estate prospecting activities to create a habit of success
Executing and working in your CRM database daily
Commit to Hosting open houses regularly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in daily Skilling up your conversations per team standards to convert appointments
Participate in weekly and monthly team activities - per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call to elevate your mindset and skills
Track activities, report your numbers with PLACE Technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
Commit to 40-50 hours weekly to your business on our team
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate sales professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive and growth-oriented mindset
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Willingness to learn and apply conversation scripts and dialogues
Willingness to track your daily activities and interpret data to be a student of the market
Preferred
Bilingual preferred
Industry experience preferred, but we provide the tools and systems to train the right individuals
