Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle, working closely with subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions that address each client’s unique needs.

Responsibilities
Lead discovery meetings for both inbound and outbound leads to uncover client needs and goals
Partner with SMEs to deliver compelling presentations and solution discussions
Send detailed consultation guides post-discovery to ensure follow-up and alignment
Lead pricing negotiations and structure win-win proposals
Manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and communication
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM
Conduct ~50 outbound calls per day to engage new prospects and expand territory coverage
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a B2B sales motion with a proven record of exceeding quota
Demonstrated success in a consultative, full-cycle sales role
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and track performance
High energy, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization
Preferred
Experience in MedTech, Dental, or Healthcare sales
Familiarity with high-value transactions ($50K+) or complex deal structures
Completion of a formal sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, SPIN)
Exposure to start-up or high-growth environments
