Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new ones
Support team members in finding and understanding products
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
Ensure customer satisfaction to foster loyalty
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate any unresolved matters
Utilize technology to access customer history for tailored service
Manage the financial performance of the retail counter while adhering to store policies
Assist in maintaining the showroom in line with company standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Previous retail or sales experience
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
Flexibility to work various shifts
Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
Availability to work evenings and weekends
