Responsibilities

On-Site Service: Travel to customers' locations to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Ford vehicles. Utilize mobile service equipment and tools to ensure efficient and high-quality service
Diagnostic and Repair Skills: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in accordance with Ford specifications and guidelines. Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections
Guest Interaction: Interact with guest in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of service performed
Documentation: Accurately document all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Maintain detailed records of vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with manufacturer and dealership guidelines. Conduct post-service inspections to verify the effectiveness of repairs

Required

Proven experience as a Mobile Service Technician or a similar role
Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues, with a focus on Ford vehicles
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with customers and address their automotive concerns
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources
Proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery
Collaborate effectively with other service technicians, advisors, and dealership staff to ensure seamless service operations
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification and/or Ford certifications are a plus
