Responsibilities
Define the cloud platform roadmap, standards, and governance (IaC, networking, observability, security posture)
Oversee Kubernetes, CI/CD frameworks, and multi-account cloud governance (guardrails, account vending)
Establish SLAs/SLOs, incident response playbooks, and change management processes
Partner with development teams to enable self-service infrastructure (golden pipelines, reusable templates)
Drive cost optimization, reliability, and compliance using FinOps + SRE principles
Qualification
Required
12+ years of technology experience
5+ years hands-on AWS experience
Strong DevOps and platform engineering background
Expertise in IaC, Kubernetes, observability, cloud security, and multi-account architectures
Strong leadership, architecture, and cross-team collaboration experience
