Responsibilities
Engage with warm leads - no cold calling!
Build genuine rapport through consultative conversations grounded in empathy and active listening
Use each customer's DNA and biometric data to personalize their path toward better health and confidence
Educate and inspire prospects with the science and story behind AlterMe's unique approach
Communicate through phone, text, and email - staying organized, responsive, and human
Overcome hesitations with grace and confidence, helping people commit to their goals
Contribute to a positive, collaborative sales culture where success is shared and celebrated
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Full-time, in-office role in Lehi, UT
Preferred
1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness, wellness, SaaS, or high-volume inbound a plus)
