Collaborate and connect with buyers and sellers to bring them together and close the sale
Initiate and deliver on sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities
Build strong client relationships and support them through the sales process
Produce high-quality photos of listings at their location
Share expertise in sales analytics and CRM software to drive results

Required

Demonstrated understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in meeting sales targets
Motivation to work independently and plan your own success
Strong interpersonal skills that connect you to our values and help build rapport with clients
Commitment to a commission-only compensation structure
Agreeing to obtain necessary state licensing (FL, VA, CO, or CA) at your expense, if applicable
Ready to dedicate 25-30 hours per week and attend comprehensive training sessions
