Responsibilities
Work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced, start-up-like business unit
Develop new algorithms and software implementations related to medical image study and/or computer vision
Prototype and iterate on designs, develop tests, and deliver high-quality software in C++
Create requirements and formal test protocols for new features
Qualification
Required
MS or PhD in CS, EE, ME, BioE or related fields with 6+ years of related experience
Great communication skills
Exceptional programming skills; C++ knowledge preferred
Demonstrated expertise in computer vision, medical image insights, registration, robotics, sensor fusion, and/or machine learning
Demonstrated ability to systematically troubleshoot and debug complex systems
High levels of autonomy and technical ownership
Preferred
Experience with development in Linux
Experience with OOP design
Knowledge of one or more of the following libraries and tools: OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, ITK, VTK, ROS
Experience with medical devices and product development in a regulated industry
