HR Generalist
National Pavement Partners, Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join their team. This dual role combines responsibilities in human resources management and office administration to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive work environment.

Responsibilities
Recruiting and onboarding of all new hires
Process weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees through the HRIS system, Paycor
Assist with employment related inquiries from employees
Maintains DOT logs and files for drivers through a third party
Reporting of workers compensation claims with follow up as needed
Maintain all employee files, I-9’s, driver files
Fleet tagging, licensing, registrations etc
Employee tech equipment set up & distribution
Keep track, maintain & order office inventory items
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred
Paycor and or iCIMS experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Bilingual preferred
