Business Development Representative
WithMe, Inc. is a technology company delivering innovative amenities to clients across the United States. They are seeking Business Development Representatives to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities for their Sales organization.
Responsibilities
Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and readiness for Sales engagement
Schedule and conduct discovery calls, ensuring high-quality handoffs to Sales representatives
Manage daily activity goals and maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce or similar systems
Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to align outreach and conversion strategies
Continuously refine messaging and approach based on industry trends and prospect feedback
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to independently manage outbound cadences and qualify leads effectively
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
A results-driven mindset with resilience, adaptability, and integrity
Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
Preferred
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach preferred)
