Strong communication skills with experience acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
Skilled in developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Expertise in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery
Proficient in resource coordination, efficiently allocating and managing resources to support project teams
Experience in overseeing project quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes
Ability to drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies
Skilled in generating and maintaining project forecasts, monitoring actualization, and analyzing resource needs
Experience in vendor management, ensuring effective collaboration with external partners
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve impediments, providing status reports at multiple levels
