Support and optimize procurement and legal operations systems at Gap Inc

Lead design discussions for a new legal system

Manage system configurations

Troubleshoot issues

Drive enhancements

Ensure seamless workflows and data integrity

Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance, engineering, IT) and external vendors

Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant

Operational support and troubleshooting (approval routing errors, integration failures, contract sync issues)

Maintain and optimize workflows, approval chains, and data mappings in Zip and Ironclad

Partner with engineering/IT to define integration logic with ERP and other systems

Document configurations and schedules

Manage vendor relationships (SLAs, support tickets, roadmap alignment)

Gather and prioritize requirements

Support testing and validation of new features and bug fixes

Track enhancement requests and backlog in Jira

Coordinate UAT and cross-functional testing
