Sigma Software Vertex is seeking an Automotive Quality Technician to ensure that all aspects of automotive product quality meet established standards throughout the production process. The role involves inspecting parts, testing functionality, and collaborating with engineering teams to promote quality improvements.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of automotive suspension components and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards

Perform tests on suspension, products and systems using diagnostic tools and software to identify defects or malfunctions

Document findings and prepare reports on quality issues, providing actionable recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions

Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results

Participate in root cause analysis and team discussions focused on quality improvement initiatives

Provide training to production staff on quality standards and proper practices

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends related to automotive quality assurance

Assist with internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems
