Responsibilities

Drive outbound recruiting campaigns to attract new agents and ISOs
Manage inbound leads with urgency and professionalism
Proactively source and generate new opportunities through calls, networking, and creative outreach
Utilize social media, professional networks, and email campaigns to expand visibility and re-engage prospects
Clearly communicate PayBright’s value proposition, compensation structures, and competitive advantages
Stay informed on competitor programs and industry trends
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth partner launches
Re-engage and motivate underperforming partners through strategic coaching
Represent PayBright at national trade shows and key industry events
Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies and drive continual growth

Qualification

Required

2–3 years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, or agent/ISO recruiting
Proven success in recruiting, sales, or business development
Strong phone presence — comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive ability
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset
Resilient under pressure and comfortable with rejection
Skilled at building trust-based, long-term relationships
Consultative approach — able to identify partner needs and position PayBright solutions effectively
Professional, ethical, and committed to confidentiality
Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar also valued)
