Responsibilities

Deploy client capital in global stock markets by generating trades for separate account clients, private funds, mutual funds and ETFs

Monitor execution quality and trading performance, including adherence to strategy, timeliness, transaction costs, best execution standards, and broker effectiveness

Manage portfolio implementation activities related to new account funding, rebalancing, tax harvesting, withdrawals, and liquidations for both Institutional SMAs and UMAs

Collaborate with portfolio managers, operations and compliance teams to coordinate trade flows, facilitate trade settlement and reporting, and resolve issues

Instigate and execute process improvement initiatives that enhance our trading function and the firm

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related field preferred but not required)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros)

Experience or interest in using tools like Python, Power Query, or AI to automate workflows

Experience with Bloomberg AIM or other order management systems
