Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and enforce the company’s Quality Management System across all functions
Oversee quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to ensure compliance and performance
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformance and process improvements
Coordinate internal and external audits to meet AS9100 and ISO 14001 certification standards
Review vendor quality, materials, and documentation for compliance with customer requirements
Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, metrics, and quality improvement initiatives
Prepare reports, data analysis, and management presentations on quality trends and actions
Manage QMS documentation, approvals, and training programs to maintain system integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance
Minimum 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong background in AS9100 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 systems and auditing processes
Experience managing supplier audits, NCRs, CARs, and continuous improvement projects
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with all organizational levels
Preferred
