Responsibilities
Interact with the Commercial organization on program timelines and deliverables (surveys, tracking details), scheduling and coordinating movements of assets managed by the department
Balance competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors; serve as a communication liaison and resolve scheduling conflicts
Handle shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives for the Sales Operations Programs team
Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to Commercial events
Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
Operate and maintain material handling equipment (e.g., label machine, pallet jack)
Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, event logistics, or warehouse coordination
Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as inventory management and setting up demo equipment
Strong communication and coordination abilities; capable of balancing multiple requests and deadlines
Effective time management; detail-oriented; organized; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Fluent in English
Must be able to lift 80 lbs
Valid driver's license required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimal travel may be required
