Responsibilities

Inspect in-process and completed orders to verify proper construction, specifications, and overall quality
Sort and prepare customer samples for shipment according to guidelines
Process outbound FedEx shipments promptly and accurately
Manage and maintain organized files of quality press pulls for reference and compliance
Compare finished products against approved samples to identify any errors or defects
Support other quality-related duties as assigned

Qualification

Attention to detailBasic printing processesOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsArtistic ability

Required

Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or defects in printed materials
Ability to follow visual and written instructions, including quality standards and sample comparisons
Good organizational skills to manage samples and documentation
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality teams
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods throughout a full shift
Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and different shifts as needed

Preferred

Understanding of basic printing processes
Experience in a manufacturing environment
