Responsibilities
Assist in crafting and validating fundamental analog intellectual properties for NAND products
Develop automation tools for generating schematics, arranging layouts, and routing
Analyze NAND trims for classification and database querying
Apply machine learning methods to synthesize algorithm waveforms
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to accelerate design cycles
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing an MS in Electrical Engineering OR BS with 3+ years of experience (graduation date not prior to Dec 2026)
Strong foundations in Python programming
Solid understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design (op amps, DACs, ADCs, regulators, oscillators, bandgaps)
Knowledge of semiconductor and device physics
Strong circuit debugging and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
1–3 years of design experience
Familiarity with layout planning, matching requirements, and LVS/DRC tools
Basic knowledge of industry simulators (VCS, HSPICE, Spectre)
Experience with Cadence tools and verification methodologies
Highly self-motivated with a drive for innovation
