Responsibilities
Engage with clinical research sites through regular follow-up calls to support clinical studies and assist in increasing patient referrals
Conduct secondary screening calls to potential study participants to assist research sites in pre-qualifying patients
Collaborate and share ideas with Splash Clinical leadership to implement new and improved patient and study support initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service and/or relationship management experience
An enjoyment of a fast-paced workplace that involves managing and working on multiple projects
A great team attitude and the ability to collaborate with the Splash Clinical teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
