Responsibilities
Support a global team of seven analysts across multiple regions
Manage market data invoicing, including verification, allocation, and reconciliation
Create, update, and manage purchase orders in Coupa for market data vendors
Coordinate and track contract renewals and exchange addition requests
Maintain and update vendor and exchange records to ensure accurate documentation
Prepare and deliver monthly exchange reporting, ensuring compliance with usage policies and licensing requirements
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve reporting processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in market data administration or operations within a financial services or trading environment
Strong working knowledge of market data vendor systems, exchange policies, and reporting requirements
Experience with invoice management, PO creation (Coupa preferred), and contract administration
Understanding of exchange reporting cycles and usage audits
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams
