Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for managers and HR partners with inquiries related to job descriptions, providing timely and accurate assistance
Set up and configure workflows within the job description management system to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
Generate draft job descriptions for managerial review, ensuring all necessary elements are included and align with company standards
Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate with internal teams or vendor support to resolve them promptly
Track project progress, maintain comprehensive status reports, and proactively identify and flag potential delays or issues
Assist in communication efforts, including drafting project updates and reminders to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Support data entry, perform quality checks, and assist with audit processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Perform other general project coordination tasks as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years' experience in project coordination/support
Experience creating and reviewing job descriptions
Commitment to project excellent customer service and support to managers and other stakeholders throughout the project
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure project components are on track

Preferred

The best candidate would be someone with an HR or project coordination background, ideally in a corporate HR environment
Someone who has supported HR projects, job description initiatives, or system implementations will do very well
