Responsibilities

Develops system and module level requirements and specifications
Designs and simulates digital circuits and systems, including associated analog and power circuits
Creates required design documentation
Verifies and Validates product performance through debug, test and analysis at the component, module and system level
Leads small project teams, mentors junior engineers
Performs other duties as assigned
Develops relationships with team members built on trust and respect

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field of study required
At least 5-7 years overall experience in designing products with significant digital hardware content
Good understanding of Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, SOCs, Programmable Logic and Memory
Working knowledge of associated analog and power hardware such as audio/video and SMPS circuits
Knowledge of high-speed busses such as LPDDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet
Knowledge of low-speed peripheral busses such as SPI, I2C, SMBus
Proficiency in software tools of the trade: Schematic Capture, PCB layout, Digital Timing Simulators, Signal Integrity Simulators
Experience designing for manufacturability and test
Demonstrates documentation skills and proficiency with PC office applications
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaborative drive and interpersonal skills
Strong initiative, proactive work ethic and prioritization skills
Trustable judgement and analytical problem-solving skills

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
