Responsibilities

Manage multiple NetSuite ERP implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction while meeting scope, timeline and budget expectations
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and deliverables
Monitor project execution, tracking deliverables, milestone and budget performance using internal project management tools
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating critical issues as needed
Ensure governance and compliance, maintaining project status reports and documentation in collaboration with the Project Control Officer
Manage scope changes and oversee the Change order process
Lead client status meetings and ensure clear communication of project progress and expectations
Facilitate requirement-gathering with clients to understand and document their business needs and translate them into practical NetSuite solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants, technical specialists, and key client stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
Ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards and our client's business processes are optimized post-implementation

Required

Proven experience in managing NetSuite ERP system implementations, preferably across various industries
Strong project management background with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is advantageous
